About the role:

The Telesales Department is key to providing the first point of contact for the customer. You will be part of our exciting, fun and vibrant office based sales team who put the customer at the heart of everything they do.

The role will involve:

• • Handling Incoming Calls
  • Processing online sales orders
  • Identifying opportunities to sell in promotional lines
  • Responding promptly to customer queries
  • General office duties
  • Building Customer relations
  • All training will be provided

The Role does not include any cold calling

Days and Hours of Work

Across 3 days Monday – Friday 9-5pm and 1 Saturday in a 4 week period
